 We Exist to Move People. Asana is the physical movement within a yoga practice. We are teaching each other to tie breathing, focus, and mobility together; creating a flow. The Art of Flow inspires ease… this ease allows you to progress in your practice, and follows you off the mat ~ into the world.

Our classes are designed to make you stronger, more flexible, and offers a functional moving meditation experience. We explore a 3000 year old philosophy to become stronger, kinder, more compassionate human beings. Truthfully, we eliminate your gym membership and enhance the way you feel about life. Through our movement, your body becomes your gym and your soul softens with inspiration.

We are a yoga studio that focuses on meditation, movement and breath work. We emphasize on body mechanics and energetics to help us with our every day lives like bending, sitting, and picking things up easier as well as healing and recovery practices. Through repetition in our classes, we build up the heart rate and create a room of working bodies. This allows people to move better, feel more confident and introduces an overall holistic wellness experience for everyone walking through the door.

For a lot of our community, this practice is about letting go, finding peace and creating a meditative flow. We pride ourselves in being the people who help you build the foundation for your yoga practice. We are real yoga for real people. We’ve created a space to give everyone a chance, let you be you and offer an opportunity to practice yoga on all levels.
