Habitual Self Love

Great success feels like a sense of peace while you are actively taking part in the very best life you have potential for. Each of us has a divine purpose to share our art, our work and self service with our fellow humans. It takes a tremendous amount of discipline to see the potential within and purposefully act on that potential. Our mind conceptualizes an idea, a wish, an intention, and the body has the energy to activate and follow through on divine thought. With a little bit of magic (aka very intentional hard and good work) we really do have the power to experience life and sink in to the pleasures we find when we seek them.

Join Jane Irvine & Malcolm Gilbert, Speaker and writer of "Habitually Speaking", among many other wonderful leading roles in life, to discuss the thread between the Yogic spiritual disciplines, the 'niyamas'; and daily habitual practices to transform a thought and intention into real work in motion. We will share a sequence of practices to incorporate into your day to day routines that feel sustainable and authentic. This is a path to sink in and enjoy life, these practices give...they do not take. We will teach from a 'day one' mentality to empower you to create new ways of experiencing your life.

Little Ohmies, Kids Yoga

KIDS in Motion! This is a play based yoga class for our tiniest yogi's ages 5-10. We will take our Kids in Motion on a fun filled yoga journey expanding their confidence, strength and balance through flow and movement. With music, games and stories we teach kids how breathing and moving connect to creating calm and relaxed energy.
Let them play, jump, laugh and flow!
